Mariner’s Ridge Maintenance Association is a nonprofit organization created in 1971 to address maintenance of common areas on Mariner’s Ridge, a development in Hawaii Kai comprising 426 residential properties. All homeowners are required to be members of the association, which hosts an annual meeting every March.
