Thank you to all homeowners for your timely payment for the Annual Maintenance Fee, which is used for the upkeep of common areas and promoting Mariner’s Ridge as an attractive, desirable community to live in.
Dues are set this year once again at $225 (same as last year). Invoices will be mailed to all homeowners by the end of the year and you should receive them by Jan. 2, 2023.
You can pay immediately online by credit card or through your checking account – see link for online payment at the bottom of the page. Once you have completed the form, you will be taken to a confirmation page on this website. You will receive a receipt after the transaction processes.
All payments must be received by Feb. 1, 2023.
