Annual Fees

Thank you to all homeowners for your timely payment for the Annual Maintenance Fee, which is used for the upkeep of common areas and promoting Mariner’s Ridge as an attractive, desirable community to live in. 

Dues for 2026 are set for $250. Dues for 2027 will go thru the budget/review process in October and the amount set based on our expenses. So don’t pay until you receive the invoice. Invoices will be emailed to all homeowners who have elected to receive the invoice via email by on December 31 and you will also receive a paper copy by Jan. 10 2027.   

Many have opted to receive invoices via email which has a link for payment and allows you to pay right away. If you have not and would like to receive your invoice via email, contact templeliebmann@gmail.com. Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a confirmation page via email. You will also receive a receipt after the transaction processes.  If you would like to pay via telephone, please reach out to the treasurer, Temple.

All payments must be received by Feb. 15, 2027 to avoid a $75 late fee.

We strongly encourage all homeowners to pay their Annual Maintenance Fee in a timely manner to avoid being turned over to collections. If you have any questions, please click here to send us an email or call (408) 357-4146.
