The Mariner’s Ridge Maintenance Association Annual Meeting took place on March 19 starting at 6:30 pm at Hahaione Elementary School. An official record of the minutes will be posted in the Documents section, but here are highlights from the evening:
- Members reviewed the 2018 and YTD 2019 Treasurer’s Reports and approved them, with amendments.
- Members reviewed the 2018 Audit and approved it. A copy may be found on the Document page of the website. CPA Felice Valmas , who conducted the 2018 audit, was approved to conduct the 2019 Audit.
- The following were elected to the Board of Directors: Scott Campbell, Rodney Chai, Therese Howe and Kip Jones.
